International Network holds currency workshop

Wessex International Network is holding a workshop on currency hedging, protecting currency against fluctuation and letters of credit.

Guest speaker Victoria Bernard-Hayklan of HSBC Global Markets will make a presentation on the basic principles of the foreign exchange economic environment and ways in which businesses can manage their risks in increasingly volatile currency markets.

Other guest speakers include Dave Ford, International Trade and Supply Chain Manager at HSBC Bank, Andrew Fraser of UK Trade & Investment.

The event will be held at The Old Manor Hotel in Bradford on Avon from 9.30am on Friday, October 15.
