Every business is about sales - and a free workshop promises to give business owners practical advice to help them grow.

Gear up your sales - focus on growth and profit, being run by Monahans Chartered Accountants and ActionCOACH Business Coaching, will give business owners will get simple tips to help them convert more of their leads into sales. 

At the workshop, delegates will learn

• Why the buying cycle is important
• Using your sales pipeline effectively
• Creating and improving your sales process
• The importance of prioritising growth areas by maximising income streams and minimising costs

The event will be held at Stanton Manor Hotel near Chippenham on Thursday, November 17. The workshop starts at 9am and delegates are welcome to arrive from 8.30am for coffee, breakfast rolls and networking. The event runs until 12.30pm when a light lunch will be provided.
