Solicitor takes top post

Frome Chamber of Commerce has elected solicitor Neil Howlett as its president for the coming year.

Neil Howlett, of Harris & Harris solicitors, has more than 20 years experience in Dispute Resolution and Litigation including defending serious fraud.

He is now putting this experience of resolving disputes towards preventing them, and helping businesses find practical solutions to risk.

He advises on Company and Commercial Law, including business structures, contracts, and intellectual property rights, on which he has co-authored a book for independent film producers.

He is partner in charge of Harris & Harris’s accreditation to the Law Society Lexcel Practice Management Standard.
