Melksham hears about social media

Melksham Chamber of Commerce will be learning about social media at a seminar tonight (Tuesday).

The seminar will be led by John Dickens, of Godjira Websites, who has been designing and building web sites for over ten years. He has over eight years experience as a senior Internet Developer for a healthcare IT company, designing and building complex user interfaces using Internet technologies.

The seminar will help attendees find out more about social media, what it is and how you can use it for their business, including:

• More about Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn for business
• How they work
• How to use them to promote your brand
• How to use them to make contact with your customers
• The tools and tips you can use to get more business through Social Media Marketing

The event will be held at Wellhouse Manor, Spa Road, Melksham from 6.30pm, followed by the monthly Chamber meeting.
