Businesses of all sizes are set to benefit from a new three day business event organised by Salisbury City Council, Federation of Small Business, Salisbury City Centre Management, and Salisbury Chamber of Commerce.
Salisbury Big Business Event 2012 will run from Monday to Wednesday, April 23 to 25 at The Guildhall in Salisbury and is a great opportunity for businesses of all sizes to gain invaluable information for their business from professionals.

"We want businesses of all sizes to come away with help and advice to steer them in the correct direction. The team behind this event will ensure we target businesses from outside of the city to ensure we put Salisbury firmly on the business map.”
Over the course of the three days, event organisers are hoping to offer free advice from banks, insurance, solicitors, accountants, estate agents, marketing to name a few. With stands offering advice and a series of seminars and workshops over the three days the hope is as many businesses come through the doors and gain some guidance.
The event is free to attend on all three days and the organisers are busy promoting this event far and wide and encouraging businesses of all sizes to attend.
Claire Burden, business manager for Salisbury City Council said, “Everyone is aware of the difficulties currently faced by businesses of all sizes across the country.
"The hope is businesses from the city and further afield will be able to come along and network while taking away advice and guidance on the next steps for their business. We have already assigned various guest speakers and are currently working on increasing the knowledge and expertise we have on hand over the three days.”
