Business Women’s Network talks flexibility

Working Flexibily To Meet Business Needs is the subject of a session led by Peta Fry, HR director of Monahans, to the Wessex Business Women’s Networking Luncheon on Thursday, February 23.

Some organisations are already very good at employing flexibly, and there are excellent working practices that can deliver benefits to employees, customers and profitability. Peta’s presentation is designed to give you some ideas on what options are available to you, and how to incorporate them into your employment practices.

Peta moved into Human Resources from a retail management background and she now has over 15 years experience in this specialism. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and heads up Monahans HR Solutions.

The event will be held at Widbrook Grange Hotel, Bradford-on-Avon BA15 1UH at 12.30pm. Places cost £15 for members of the Wessex Association of Chambers of Commerce and £20 for non-members.
