Six ways to drive more profits from your business

Business coach Nigel Scott and chartered accountants Monahans will be offering Six Ways to Drive More Profits from Your Business during a free half-day workshop.

The workshop aims to help businesses be as profitable as possible, by encouraging owners to look at:

• ways to attract more customers
• getting customers coming back more often
• generating more from each sale
• simple yet powerful ways to improve profit margins
• identifying opportunities across businesses to drive more profit
